Nowadays, Scott and his team do it all from cutting and cooling to aging, wrapping, smoking, and cooking. By adding a smokehouse room, chill cooler, packing room, larger cutting room, and more office space in 2004, they can produce any type of meat product that you are looking for. In 2009 they added a retail portion of the store, which includes a large variety of meat, even some gluten-free options, and dairy products, along with other grocery items such as spices, sauces, bread, beverages, and other snacks. The main focus of the course is Cunningham’s award-winning smoked meats for customers who like to choose their own cuts. Winning over 100 State awards and now 19 national awards, Cunningham’s consists of USDA inspected meats that are available for wholesale and retail purchase.
