471 Water Street has been the site of a beer distributor under various names for approximately 65 years. Present ownership acquired the business in mid-1993. Holiday Beverages Inc. officially came into existence in August 1993.
After interior and exterior improvements to the building, Holiday opened for business on January 17, 1994. The business has been built by focusing on:
