CIJSA is governed by a dedicated board of six appointed members, with three representatives hailing from each municipality. These individuals generously volunteer their time and expertise to steer the Authority's vision and uphold its mission. Committed to serving the community's interests, our board members are appointed for five-year terms, providing continuity and stability in our pursuit of excellence.
At CIJSA, we firmly believe in open and transparent governance. To foster strong connections with the communities we serve, we invite the public to engage with us by attending our regular board meetings. These meetings convene on the first Monday of each month at 5:30 PM, offering a forum for constructive dialogue and public participation. The Authority Office serves as the venue for these gatherings, providing a conducive space for collaboration and exchange of ideas.
To efficiently carry out our mission, CIJSA employs a skilled and dedicated staff. Our team comprises office personnel, who ensure smooth administrative operations, a diligent meter reader, who meticulously tracks water usage, and wastewater treatment plant operators, who play a crucial role in maintaining the optimal functioning of our treatment facilities.
